Field syncing

Beyond basic sync, AlignAI can keep specific fields in step with a connected system in both directions — a change on either side updates the other, including status.

How it works today, using Jira as the example

Creating a use case in AlignAI creates a linked Jira Epic. From there, edits to fields or text in that Epic write back to the corresponding AlignAI use case, and status changes in Jira write back to AlignAI’s status. This is enabled for Jira today; the same pattern can extend to other connected systems as needed.
