Email & notification templates

Outbound email/HTML notifications (approval routing, workspace links, Jira/tracker links) are configurable per environment.

Publish values, not raw field keys. Set the relevant template parameter to "Yes" to render the human-readable value in the notification body instead of the internal field key — this matters for any dropdown-backed field, since the raw key (e.g., aiocApproved) is not what you want a recipient to see.
