Audit & activity logging

Every field change on a use case, including status and phase transitions, is timestamped and retrievable — covering who made the change, what changed, and when. Comments, review votes/approvals, and scoring decisions are logged the same way, giving a full record of who did what at each stage of a use case’s lifecycle.

This history is available both in the AlignAI UI and through the API/MCP tools, so it can feed your own audit reporting or be pulled into an existing SIEM/reporting pipeline rather than only being viewable inside AlignAI.
