First-line / second-line workflow routing

Workflow configuration can incorporate review context at different points throughout a use case’s lifecycle and route it to the right stakeholder at the right time — including a first-line risk assessment automatically propagating to a second-line reviewer, rather than requiring manual handoff. Routing is automated based on the workflow configuration, not a manual “remember to loop in second line” step.

Multi-person review is supported natively where a decision needs more than one sign-off — councils or committees are represented as a view requiring review and acceptance by several designated individuals (shown as a voting interface), and a use case doesn’t advance until the required approvals are in.
