Vendor & third-party risk management

AlignAI supports vendor-related AI use cases (a vendor turning on an AI feature, or an AI system embedded in a purchased product) as a first-class part of the intake and review process, rather than treating vendor solutions as an afterthought:

• Vendor risk review. A vendor-related use case can be routed through a dedicated vendor risk review, managed centrally in AlignAI alongside your other use case reviews.
• Push to procurement / TPRM systems. Completed vendor reviews can be pushed to your procurement or vendor-risk management system (for example, Coupa or a similar procurement platform), with the outcome of that external review returned back into the AlignAI record — so the use case’s governance history stays complete in one place even when part of the review happens in another system.
• Vendor document collection portal. Separately from AlignAI’s own Trust Center (which is where you review AlignAI’s SOC 2 and architecture documentation — see Delivery), AlignAI can provide a dedicated portal for collecting SOC 2 and architecture documentation from the vendors your organization is evaluating, if you want a structured place for that intake rather than handling it over email.
