SOC 2 & certifications

AlignAI Labs, Inc. holds a SOC 2 Type II report, issued by Prescient Assurance LLC, covering the Security Trust Services Criteria (the “Common Criteria” under TSP 100 / 2017 Trust Services Criteria) for the AlignAI system.

The examination independently tested and found no exceptions on controls including:

• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning, tested annually via tabletop exercise
• Encryption at rest for the Supabase-hosted data stores housing sensitive customer data
• Logical access security, including multi-factor authentication to production data stores
• Regular vulnerability scanning of the system and network
• Role-based access to infrastructure for employees and contractors, on a least-privilege basis
